This role will support the Team by assisting with buyer and seller clients/transactions, team operations and brokerage recruiting and retention. This position will be considered an integral role in the continued growth of the real estate team. Duties and responsibilities for this position are outlined below:

Team Activities:
Buyer Clients/Transactions:
- Prepare buyer presentations and paperwork
- Prepare documents in DotLoop transaction software
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling showings/tours
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling inspection appointments
- Assist with walk-thru, contractor meetings, etc. at property
Seller Client/Transactions:
- Prepare listing presentations and paperwork
- Load property data and photos into the MLS
- Prepare documents in DotLoop transaction software
- Coordinate contractor appointments for repairs, updates, and work needed to get the property market ready.
- Obtain and follow-up on showing feedback.
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling inspection appointments
- Prepare and/or deliver request to remedies, contract addendums, etc.
General Business Activities:
- Manage Calendar and confirm all appointments
- Process mass mailings
- Work within CRM system to ensure proper client classification and data accuracy
- Manage the President's email inbox
- Assist with workload as it relates to team transactions
Brokerage Activities:
Operational:
- Postmark and send outgoing mail
- Check office email and respond/distribute accordingly
- Check and distribute incoming mail daily (includes scanning to individuals)
- Serve as the gate-keeper for all solicitors (phone/walk-ins)
- Monitor supplies and notify Business Manager when new order is needed
- Ensure the office is open and operating by start of business and close the office when leaving (blinds, lights, etc.)
Transaction Management:
- Assist with transaction processing.
- Input transaction data int LoneWolf Accounting software
- Order home warranties
- Review and manage transactions in DotLoop (Ensure documents are compliant)
- Assist with receipt of Earnest Money Deposits
- Execute Post Closing Checklist for all closed transactions (Print tax letter, change classification in CRM and other administrative duties)
Recruiting:
- Sending e-mail communications
- Assist with projects and other tasks to complete this functional area.
Onboarding/Offboarding and Training:
- Assist in processing new associates
- Assist in processing terminated associates
- Assist with the transition of agents to our brokerage
Retention:
- Assist with event planning for agent events and CE courses
- Assist with projects and other tasks to complete this functional area.
- Be the eyes and ears for the brokerage about agent concerns, must haves, and things they like
- Assist in tracking and monitoring agent's assigned tasks for completion
