Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Provide professional and elevated hospitality to all guests
Responsible for all inventory counts of the starting product and the ending products at the assigned bar location.
Maintain inventory throughout the event and ordering product via digital tablets
Complete all bar paperwork such as sanitation checklist, alcohol policy training signed by all bar staff, inventory spoilage and product transfers, alcohol incident logs.
Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
Demonstrates knowledge of basic cocktail recipes
Demonstrates ability to quickly produce multiple orders accurately in a fast paced environment
Checks guests at the bar for proper identification every time.
Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained.
Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws; which include 1.25oz liquor and 5oz wine pour, no shots, no free pouring.
Understands stadiums cashless policies and adheres to accepting credit card purchases only and records all charges properly
Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized.
Which include but are not limited to ensuring all fruit garnishes and perishables are to proper quality, approved sanitation solution and towels are used for cleaning, proper handwashing, and temperature checks.
Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Work 90% of stadium events per year (must be available for Football Sundays)
Alcohol certified with California's Responsible Beverage Service

Primary mission:
As our Restaurant Barback, you are responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation.
SCOPE OF WORK + TEAM
Reports to Hotel Manager and Food & Beverage Supervisor
Supports food & beverage team, catering, events, pool & bar
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to walk and stand during entire shift while approaching and servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, friendly, courteous and professional manner. Reports all issues and complaints to management.
Clear, clean and reset bar as needed and perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, or otherwise move objects.
Sweep, mop and vacuum floors to ensure that bar area and hallways are free from service debris and that all room service trays are brought back to the kitchen for breakdown and bussing.
Be familiar with the organization of the restaurant and bar and know the function of each job position as well as having a thorough knowledge of menus and specials in the restaurant.
Perform opening and closing procedures, and side work duties according to station rotation assignment to ensure tables and side stands are kept stocked, tidy and clean.
Follow all state liquor laws.
Handle food and beverage service, as required. Carry coffee pots and beverages throughout the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed or requested.
Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage.
