The Project Engineer/Procore Specialist reports to the Vice Presidents of Construction and Construction Managers and functions as an integral part of all phases of construction projects. This position will help with all aspects of construction administration including design development/pre-construction, bidding, contracting, submittals budget reconciliation, and closeout for multiple projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Vice Presidents (VPs), Construction Manager (CMs), and Construction Superintendents throughout all stages of construction.
Perform research and coordination of special projects in the department as assigned.
Prepare special reports as needed for Construction Department.
Prepare and/or manage standard operating procedures and policy for Procore.
Assist in managing day to day Procore operations including company directory and user permissions.
Assist Accounting Department management with efforts to improve workflow efficiencies.
Work closely with the construction accounting and supervision personnel to ensure that the construction budget and actual expenditures information is in the system and on the progress billing is accurate and up to date.
Assist in scheduling meetings as requested.
Must attend Company sponsored events that relate to the development of the team and participate in all company required educational and team building activities, which may include overnight stays at locations away from the employee's home.
Attend design meetings, take notes and follow up on tasks as directed by VPs and CMs.
Assist in pulling permits and paying fees
Review plans and report back to VPs and CMs about project details and unique conditions
Assist with creation and review of trade specific scopes of work
Load plans onto Procore
Create bid packages on Procore and send them to subcontractors
Communicate with subcontractors regarding delivery of proposals
Organize and review subcontractor proposals and present them to VPs and CMs
Work Closely with Contracts, VPs and CMs to execute contracts and POs
Work closely with Accounting to:
Ensure accuracy of draws
Make budget adjustments
Track timing of draws
Coordinate with subcontractors to:
Verify timely and accurate billing and lien releases
Ensure that payments and received timely
Do project site inspections on a regular basis
Help track and process change orders
Work closely with VPs, CMs, and Construction Superintendents on submittals
Process and review submittals
Track timely approval of submittals
Create closeout package for projects including, As-builts, Closeout Binder, Notice of Completion (NOC), Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) and other required documents.
EXPERIENCE
The Project Engineer should have at least 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in the construction industry. In addition, individual should have the following minimal skills and experience.
Proficiently read and interpret plans, specifications and reports related to construction
Be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and Procore
Be able to comprehend and follow instructions and be able to multi-task.
Perform complex and repetitive tasks.
Maintain a fast work pace and high-volume workload.
Relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions.
Be a strong team player and able to take initiative on projects.

Woodcraft Rangers provides TK-12 expanded learning programs, including before and after school, specialty enrichment and summer learning. Job Summary:
Camp Leaders are responsible for ensuring a fun and positive learning environment for campers and will support clubs of approximately 20 children. Camp leaders have the opportunity to grow, connect, play and have the greatest impact on each of their camper’s summer. Other members of the team include a camp coordinator, who oversees the program and a community liaison who supports the camp coordinator. All camp staff can choose between working in day camps, sleepaway camp, or both.
The Camp Leader position is an on-site position, including attending training at the Woodcraft Rangers main office in Little Tokyo and school sites.
Role Overview:
· Ensure students are in a safe environment (physically and emotionally). Promotes an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment that embraces diversity for all program participants, staff, and families.
· Develops and leads age-appropriate program activities that are FUN, engaging and aligned with whole-child approach (social emotional learning, skill building, self-esteem, leadership, etc.). WR has an activity catalog to support the development of activity plans.
· Monitors participant attendance and engagement to ensure participants are present and actively engaged in program activities.
· Build positive relationships with program participants, colleagues, and all stakeholders.
· Collaborates with colleagues and supervisor to develop culminating activities or events that showcase all participants work and accomplishments.
· Requests required materials in a timely manner so Camp Coordinator can ensure materials are available when needed and within budget.
· Complies with all applicable safety requirements and emergency protocols, including, up to date on all trainings and required certifications.
· May be required to attend off-site field trips.
· Maintain and submit student attendance daily.
· Participate in staff development trainings as required, approximately 15 hours spread out over multiple weekends/intersessional days throughout the spring.

A Legal-Tax Assistant will need to excel at organization, pay close attention to detail, and be inquisitive enough to research independently to find the answers they are looking for. Educational qualifications include at least a two-year certification and experience in a law and/or tax firm. An Associate Degree is preferred, but not required. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office products is preferred, but not required as well.
Legal-Tax Assistant will work with the Tax-Legal Operations Manager to assist in the allocation of firm resources, i.e., professionals, paraprofessionals and staff; coordinate calendars and assist the Partners and Managers prioritize client projects; track and follow up on information required to execute client projects; track completion of projects and project statuses; communicate and coordinate assignments with the internal staff; and assist in maintaining the firm’s workflow technology.

Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students' swim skills.
Acts as a GSS “ambassador” to ensure parental satisfaction.
Uses problem solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter.
Inspects pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damage issues. Reports issues to management as appropriate.
Maintains and ensures proper storage of all pool equipment. Places and removes lane lines.
Reports accidents and incidents to management. Completes required documentation and paperwork.
Performs Deck Teacher duties as needed.
Performs light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal etc. on occasion.
Attend required/mandatory workshops and in-service training outside of regular working hours.
Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or childcare provider required. Two or more years as a swimming instructor required. Swimming experience preferred. Certificates and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required. Shallow water attendant highly recommended. Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate. Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

* Duties/Responsibilities: Manage weekend basketball games; Coordination of registration of participants; Assist in the responsibility for the success of the Youth Basketball League including: fundraising, special events, and marketing; Insured the safety of all participants at all times.
* Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have basketball and referee experience. At least 1 year experience working with children (paid or volunteer) preferred; Be CPR/First Aid Certified within the first 30 days of employment and keep current for condition of continued employment.
* Hours: Part-Time/Non-Exempt position. Must be available Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.
* Wage: $16.50 per hour; benefits not applicable.
