Job Summary: Clinically supervises counseling staff, and regulates overall clinical performance of the clinic. Works with multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of Medical Director, Program Manager, Treatment Services Coordinator(s) (if applicable), Counselors, and Nurses to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patients and to assist in their overall well-being. Provides clinical supervision to clinical staff, audits patient records, and helps train counselors when necessary.
