Forest Lake Country Club is seeking an energetic and dependable Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Food Runner, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests by ensuring food is delivered accurately, promptly, and with care. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
Responsibilities:
Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timing and special requests.
Ensure all dishes are served at the correct temperature and in accordance with club standards.
Assist in setting up and breaking down kitchen and dining areas, polishing silverware, and maintaining cleanliness in the service areas.
Provide friendly and professional interactions with members and guests.
Support the service team by refilling water, clearing plates, and attending to member needs as needed.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and modifications to answer basic member questions if asked.
Follow all health and safety regulations and club policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do
