SUMMARY

Job Description

Restaurant Production largely takes place during the daytime hours of the restaurant, during which we receive deliveries of the freshest seasonally available products available in West Michigan. Production tasks are multi-faceted and have the capacity to teach and invest the necessary skills for those interested in truly learning the foundational core of cooking.
Additional tasks performed within this production role include garden harvesting and processing of ingredients raised in our 50' x 80' garden located across the street from the restaurant; ingredient processing for cooler and storage area maintenance; assisting with various forms of social media production; general support of all needs directly related to the advancement of our guest experience.
Qualifications
Production staff applicants must have an incredibly positive energy focused attitude, ability to find focus in a distraction induced environment, have value orientation towards handling and processing of ingredients, find benefit in a team structured atmosphere while motivating internally to meet the ever changing needs of the restaurant.
