Evaluate, monitor and propose for product Pricing and Packaging across markets Engage regularly with fire departments, chiefs, and administrative staff through site visits, calls, or user groups to understand workflows and pain points. Serve as the internal voice of the Fire customer, ensuring their challenges and workflows drive product decisions. Present product updates and business cases to senior executives; serve as the internal advocate for Fire product initiatives. Provide guidance to fellow Product team members, sharing insights into Fire domain requirements, NERIS integration strategies, and product management best practices. Use data-driven methods (KPIs, financial models, customer usage analytics) to measure product success and guide iterations. Contribute to the broader Product Management discipline at ImageTrend, supporting the adoption of Agile practices and other operational best practices. Travel to orientation, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as required. Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned. Requirements: A degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred Proven Product Management experience, preferably in Fire services, public safety, GovTech, or other similar industry Experience working in a B2B, Enterprise SaaS environment, with a strong track record of defining successful product roadmaps, product initiatives, and managing backlogs in an Agile environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market research, usage analytics, and customer feedback to guide product direction Excellent communication skills for executive presentations, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional collaboration Proven ability to develop quantitative business cases and financial models that drive product investment decisions Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver complex products in a fast-paced environment, and strong understanding of the SDLC and Scrum/Agile methodologies History of effectively managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term customer needs with long-term product strategy Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation Ability to travel as required, up to 10% This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US while following our Remote Work Policy.
