WHAT YOU’LL DO
Comprehensive Patient Care:
Conduct thorough health assessments, including obstetric, gynecologic, contraceptive, medical, surgical, and psychosocial histories.
Perform physical exams with a focus on reproductive health, including breast and pelvic exams, cancer screenings, and STI diagnosis.
Provide counseling and education on contraception, fertility, sexual health, and overall wellness.
Conduct and interpret diagnostic studies, lab tests, and ultrasounds per medical guidelines.
Deliver patient-centered care and provide follow-up as needed, seeing an established patient visit goal/productivity expectations, seeing approximately (30-35) patients per day with a combination of scheduled appointments (10-15 minute increments) and walk-ins.
Ensure patient care aligns with medical standards and guidelines (MSGs), and protocols as outlined by the affiliate to meet accreditation standards.
Respond to after-hours patient calls as part of the on-call team.
Clinicians will see anywhere from 25-35 patients per day with a mix of scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Clinical Excellence, Quality Risk Management & Leadership:
Serve as a leader in ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care.
Mentor and lead by example, healthcare assistants during clinical procedures.
Participate in training, protocol updates, and implementation of new clinical programs.
Work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) Lead Clinician (LC) and Medical Director (MD) to continuously enhance services and patient outcomes.
Support efforts to maintain high patient retention, appointment adherence, and efficient clinic flow.

Education & Certification:

WHAT YOU BRING
Education & Certification:

Comprehensive Patient Care:
Conduct thorough health assessments, including obstetric, gynecologic, contraceptive, medical, surgical, and psychosocial histories.
Perform physical exams with a focus on reproductive health, including breast and pelvic exams, cancer screenings, and STI diagnosis.
Provide counseling and education on contraception, fertility, sexual health, and overall wellness.
Conduct and interpret diagnostic studies, lab tests, and ultrasounds per medical guidelines.
Deliver patient-centered care and provide follow-up as needed, seeing an established patient visit goal/productivity expectations, seeing approximately (30-35) patients per day with a combination of scheduled appointments (10-15 minute increments) and walk-ins.
Ensure patient care aligns with medical standards and guidelines (MSGs), and protocols as outlined by the affiliate to meet accreditation standards.
Respond to after-hours patient calls as part of the on-call team.
