In addition, the Crisis Center Clinician will collaborate with treatment team members, create discharge/aftercare plans to ensure ongoing stabilization for clients leaving the crisis center, and be responsible for reporting legal, ethical or safety issues. The staff at our Community Crisis Center work as part of an interdisciplinary team focusing on crisis intervention skills to de-escalate, treat and stabilize behavioral health needs of individuals.
