Provides mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child members who present themselves from psychiatric evaluation with a broad range of mental health needs. Collaborates with treating physician, psychiatric and allied health professional team to plan and direct each individual member treatment program.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of Health Plan members with acute or chronic mental illness. Participates in staff conferences to select, plan, and evaluate treatment programs. Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups.
Instructs and counsels patients and their families regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and adherence to prescribed medication regimens, within the scope of practice. May administer specialized therapeutic procedures, as appropriate. Provides appropriate support to members family. May develop and conducts psychoeducational classes and groups.
Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries and maintains ongoing confidential records. Charts members treatment and progress in accord with state and NCQA regulations and in keeping with accepted community standards. May be required to participate in the department on-call rotation.
Collaborates with physicians in screening and evaluating patients for psychotropic medications, within the scope of practice. Utilizes resources of public and private agencies and community organizations to meet the needs of the members treatment. May develop, implements, and evaluates behavioral medicine and health psychology programs in a variety of settings, including primary care. Provides consultation to other care providers and health educators on matters relating to mental health, health psychology and behavioral medicine.
May supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as needed if supervision course is completed.
May provide appropriate support to members family, including explanation of treatment, instructions in how to support treatment and interventions to increase acceptance of and adherence to treatment, at members request.
Utilizes resources of public and private agencies and community organizations to meet the needs of the members treatment to include referral of the member and/or members family to external resources, as appropriate. Participates in departmental program development, implementation and evaluation.
Reports safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies.

Manage overflow client cases to support equitable caseloads and leverage staff strengths. The Supervisor will manage a small group of complex cases if obtaining clinical hours toward licensure.
Manage the emergency phone line for weekend and after-hours calls in rotation with Social Work staff. Develop after-hours crisis support plans and provide support post-crisis intervention.
Maintain regular communication with the LEAP social work team. This includes the monitoring of all social work staff to ensure best practice, ethical practices and ensure performance goals are met. Weekly one-on-one supervision is required, and documentation must be maintained as part of Supervisor metrics.
Create and track SMART goals for Social Worker, which will be used in annual performance evaluations.
Track and monitor social workers interactions with all parties to ensure good business practices and effectiveness of service. Implement internal systems or provide intensive supervision as needed.
Review and revise home visit notes. Ensure Social Workers monthly visit minimums are met
Assist in creating efficiency for completing home visit notes and streamline processes for quality assurance.
Review and edit (when necessary) all STAR plans before they are sent to NBRC. Track mistakes and challenges for quality assurance.
Support the creation and implementation of crisis support goals, as needed, when an individual is waiting for mental health services in the community. Support home provider in understanding and supporting the individuals specific mental health needs.
Data collection for training and quality improvement purposes.
Identify challenges in employee work quality, work ethics and teamwork. Provide additional training, coaching, or corrective action as needed
Mediate staff conflicts and foster team cohesion.
Support staff with creating groups, events, and trainings for both individuals and home providers.
Category 2: Vetting and actualizing placements from new referrals
RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize your clinical judgment to review placement documents (IPP, CDER, Psychological evaluations, etc) to assess potential treatment and support needs.
Determine the training necessary to support home providers in understanding and working with the individuals we serve.
Utilize clinical skills and collateral information to understand the broader context of the individual and the systems they interact with.
Assess the needs of the incoming individuals served based on a biopsychosocial assessment.
Interview potential placement candidates for either independently or in a rotation with the Social Work team.

Requirements
Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), LCSW is a plus.

Must have knowledge of and capacity to utilize community resources; ability to assess physical and social needs of frail older adults.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who has a passion for marketplaces and products in the crypto and securities world. You will contribute to building out Figure's innovative Marketplace as well as Figure Markets' products. Figure Markets has a global marketplace platform that supports issuing and trading of digital assets, securities and non-securities, using blockchain. You will have experience in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Europe, Asia, Americas, Middle East. Our Legal team plays a central role in Figure Markets' hyper growth and the realization of our mission of leveraging blockchain to transform financial services.
What You'll Do
Become the chief product expert on the Legal team, interacting with Figure's latest products and offerings, buying and selling cryptocurrencies across centralized and decentralized exchanges, master related legal complexities and advise the business accordingly
Provide leadership in legal affairs for markets and products, providing sound advice on federal and state securities, banking and insurance laws and rules
Provide day-to-day legal, business, and strategic advice to internal markets-focused teams, addressing challenges and offering solutions in the development and implementation of groundbreaking digital asset financial products and services
Offer comprehensive legal guidance throughout the product life cycle, from conception through to launch, operation, and eventual sunset, aiding in both the construction and, when necessary, the dismantling of products
Remain up-to-date on existing and changing relevant digital assets, blockchain, securities and technology laws and regulations to ensure compliance therewith
Providing legal support, analysis, and interpretation in connection with legislative and policy developments

The ideal candidate has deep financial markets experience in the securities and cryptocurrency industry, including at least 5+ years of experience practicing as in-house counsel for financial services firm (
mutual fund, broker-dealer, investment advisor, money transmitter dealing in virtual assets preferred
)
Substantial subject matter expertise in securities matters including the Securities Act of 1933, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and Investment Company Act of 1940
Experience working as an examiner, attorney, or industry specialist at a regulatory agency (SEC, CFTC), a plus
Strong negotiation skills and ability to prepare and negotiate financial agreements (
e.g.
, prime brokerage, lending and derivatives documentation).
Deep knowledge and understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements around financial markets and crypto assets, including the regulation of digital assets and crypto transactions and platforms and blockchain technology matters (e.g., smart contracts and digital wallets) in the provision of financial services and products
Product counseling experience in blockchain, crypto and securities products, including the ability to apply laws and regulations to new products and/or technologies, and the ability to review products and related functionality for compliance with applicable laws
Interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and the innovations brought about by decentralized applications and DeFi
J.D. and membership with at least one state bar
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects effectively

Compensation Range: $166,980 - $208,725
25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
