Essential Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral health care including diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy and case management services to children and adolescents in a school based clinic setting. Modalities include individual, family and group psychotherapy. Provide behavioral health treatment to children and adolescents experiencing symptoms that interfere with their academic progress and social/emotional functioning in the school or home environment.
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the patients medical record including initial intake, diagnosis, treatment plan and progress notes. Maintain patient electronic medical charts in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures.

The Hospice Medical Social Worker (MSW) provides comprehensive psychosocial support to patients and their families facing end-of-life challenges. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, compassionate and empathetic approach to patient and family care, ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred depending on the setting.
