International Health and Medical Services is looking for an experienced Behavioral Health Specialists to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders among patients, ensuring they receive appropriate psychiatric care and support. This position is primarily in-person at our Buford center, with some flexibility for remote telehealth work based on client needs and scheduling.

Maximize Your Earning Potential
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a performance-based bonus structure that allows BCBAs to earn up to $12,000 per year in bonuses. For example, BCBAs who meet 108 billable supervision hours per month receive a $500 monthly bonus (equivalent to $1,500 per quarter). Those who meet 120 monthly supervision hours are eligible for a $1,000 monthly bonus (or $3,000 per quarter). This is a great way to increase your overall compensation while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a center-based setting.
What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA programs.
Provide high-quality ABA services primarily in our Buford center
Deliver parent and caregiver training and education.

Supervise and mentor ABA Behavior Technicians and provide BCBA and RBT supervision as needed.
