**A Day in the Life:**
Our sales representatives take inbound phone calls from our existing customers to help fix concerns, and to offer upgrades, help customers moves, and educate them on exclusive offers that are available to them. As an Inbound Revenue Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving troubleshooting issues and concerns of the customer via an upgrade, maintaining all Customer Solutions metric targets, and convincing customers who are eligible to get back into contract. As such you will need to learn the internal process of troubleshooting and our proven sales process and approach.

Job Summary:
The Pricing Support role provides support to the Pricing Analysts. The Pricing Support is responsible for gathering electric and natural gas usage data, preparing accounts for an RFP, updating accounts throughout their contract as necessary, tracking all current contracts, alerting the analysts and sales team of expiring contracts and additional administrative tasks as needed.

**Job Summary** :
This position is responsible for the retention of selected high value Business segment customers, acting as the 1:1 "face" of NRG brands consulting on all customer electricity needs. + Consultant will be assigned to specific Business accounts (approximately 200 - 500) to act as the liaison between the customer and NRG.

+ The Consultant will represent a single resource to their customers for anything they might need from NRG. This will personalize our relationship with our top customers while simplifying the service model.
+ Consultant will initiate and lead customer site visits to top-value Business customers to ensure:
+ Customer is comfortable in their understanding of how they are billed; usage and demand; TDSP charges and other billing determinates.
+ Customer understands the product they are on and how it functions.

+ Act as a "Move Manager" for brand new high-value customers just joining NRG, who require special assistance in setting up their new location/account.
+ Perform Energy Audits of Business customer sites to assist the customer by identifying areas of energy inefficiency and areas for improvements. Have full knowledge and understanding of Audit requirements including check list of data to validate and calculations needed to provide feedback to the customer.
+ Research customer businesses before contacting to become familiar with the kind of business they operate and their history with NRG brands. This could include web research, CCS, Contact Log, etc.
+ Provide feedback to Segment Marketing on significant customer interactions. Be the venue for much needed customer learning on issues such as:
+ Products customers are most interested in
+ Needs they feel are not currently being met
+ What they do/do not like about NRG brands
+ How we can better serve them
+ How they perceive our competitors, etc.
**Working Conditions** :
+ **MUST live in the DFW, TX area.**
+ Flexibility with work schedule.
+ Frequency of customer visits:
+ Retention customers: minimum of once per quarter unless customer requests more frequent visits. If customer transfers to a term product, the visits likely will be bi-annually.

**Minimum Requirements** :

Job Summary

The Environmental Products Origination Director within the NRG Business team will identify and drive carbon offset and renewable natural gas transactions with NRG customers and suppliers. **JOB SUMMARY:**

Specifically, NRG is looking to support our industry-leading retail position through grid-scale gas fired generation, energy storage and other power supply technology projects.
+ Contribute to developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models to evaluate future performance and scenario risk of energy-related development opportunities.
+ Work closely with other internal departments and third parties to gather necessary data and ensure that all financial modeling assumptions and mechanics are reasonable and accurate.
+ Coordinate key functions such as internal investment analyses, engineering/design, capital and operating cost estimates, project contract structuring, permitting activities and financial negotiations in support of our customer-facing business objectives.
+ Proactively identify and manage project risks as they arise before they evolve into material threats to project integrity or commercial viability.
+ Develop presentation materials to support internal approval processes.
+ Monitor and report regularly on project progress to VP Business Development and NRG senior/executive management.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ B.S. in Business, Finance or Engineering
+ 8 years minimum relevant experience required in engineering, construction, financing and operations of electric generation facilities with at least 2 years in a project development role.
+ Knowledge of energy markets (ERCOT and PJM preferred) and energy-intensive C&I sectors
+ Fundamental technical understanding of current-day gas turbine combined cycle technologies, electrical interconnections and fuel supply, regulatory requirements including environmental, land use, tax and other factors influencing project feasibility
+ Proforma financial modeling and analysis experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Finance degree preferred.
+ Proforma financial modeling and analysis experience preferred.
+ Masters of Business Administration and/or Professional Engineer's license is a plus
**Working Conditions:**
+ Open office environment; ability to work remotely, in the field or at existing generating plants.
+ Time worked outside of normal hours may be required as business needs dictate.

**Job Summary:**
+ The Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Network Analyst has responsibility for maintenance, security, and CIP compliance of network equipment at the enterprise level. Scope includes network segmentation and VPN design, executing CIP compliance activities such as patch assessments on network equipment, change control, disaster recovery testing, cyber vulnerability assessments, and logical segmentation analysis.
**Essential Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Network design and implementation for secure networks relating to NERC CIP compliance and cyber security of the fleet.
+ Network segmentation and protection to meet compliance goals.
+ Working independently, perform and/or coordinate all site-specific activities, tests and controls for meeting program requirements and ongoing compliance of Fortinet network infrastructure.
+ Utilize tools such as FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSIEM to monitor and maintain the operation and security of the Fortinet infrastructure.
+ Assist in preparation for various audits and act as subject matter expert (SME)
+ Lead the maintenance of the CIP network policies and procedures such as change control procedures, back-up, and disaster recovery plans.
+ Serve as SME on hardware, software, and control architectures for CIP.
+ Utilize best practices and knowledge of internal/external issues to improve or recommend technical or compliance solutions.
+ Monitor electronic perimeters for potential breaches/vulnerabilities and act as first responder for any potential incident.
+ Provide input for detailed analysis, diagnosis and mitigation based upon findings and deficiencies for operational or compliance issues.
+ Through cross training, provide backup activities and response for the CIP team.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Majority of work by telecommuting
+ Open office environment, plant or datacenter as needed.
+ Some overtime required as special projects arise.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ 2 years of experience operating and maintaining next generation firewalls. (Fortinet preferred)
+ 5 years of experience in implementation and administration of LAN/WAN/Internet networks and services.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience designing, securing, and maintaining networks using Fortinet Firewalls.

+ Experience with Routing, Switching, Datacenters, VPN, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus.
+ Power industry or other industrial experience in an IT/OT environment.
