Duties/Responsibilities:

Build, mentor, lead, and develop multiple project teams and team members.

Confirm project costs are properly controlled and forecasted, including buyout logs, change order logs, cost reports, etc., are up to date from initial buyout through final closeout and payment.
Oversee all closeouts including financial, punch list, prefinal and final inspections.
Ensure proper project turnover to Operations.
Develop direct reports by monitoring performance, reviewing evaluations, varying assignments, mentoring, providing training, and promoting a positive project morale.
Attend scheduled meetings as necessary.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 10 years' experience in residential and mixed-use building construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred.
Scheduling & Job Cost software preferred (Primavera/P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.).
Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory experience.
