The Commercial Contracts Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor to the manufacturing company, providing broad-based legal support across various commercial agreements, including supply chain, logistics, procurement, direct and indirect sourcing contracts, contract manufacturing, fulfillment agreements, master sales and services agreements, customer agreements, warranty and servicing arrangements, and partnership, joint development, project-based agreements, etc., both domestically and internationally. This is a 10-month live-in position that reports to the Assistant Director of Residential Life. Gatton staff are employees of WKU.
