The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $250000 annually.

As an Account Executive at North Bridge Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and establishing new long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify staffing needs of client organizations and match them with a Recruiter on our team. This role requires a strong sales and customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential client organizations through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate new business.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently identifying and converting opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role
Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including knowledge of different job functions and industries.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and candidates.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
