Keep food and beverage service areas and guest tables clean and orderly during the event by replenishing food and beverage stations, bussing dirty dishes and glassware, taking out garbage, and other tasks as needed Job Duties Approach all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner Remain alert of complaints and/or unsatisfied guests and responds appropriately to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain constant contact with Banquet Lead and kitchen staff to ensure effective communication between food production and food service Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment Proper setting of buffet tables and other food service tables Maintain clean and orderly back areas, pre-function areas, and storage areas Return all china, glassware, silverware, linen, etc., to their proper location after each event. Work with the Banquet Lead to ensure quality and accuracy of setups within all catering rooms. Be of legal age and TIPS trained to serve alcoholic beverages. Accurately count cash and efficiently process transactions using company systems. Protect establishment and patrons by following sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Keep food and beverage service areas and guest tables clean and orderly during the event by replenishing food and beverage stations, bussing dirty dishes and glassware, taking out garbage, and other tasks as needed Job Duties Approach all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner Remain alert of complaints and/or unsatisfied guests and responds appropriately to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain constant contact with Banquet Lead and kitchen staff to ensure effective communication between food production and food service Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment Proper setting of buffet tables and other food service tables Maintain clean and orderly back areas, pre-function areas, and storage areas Return all china, glassware, silverware, linen, etc., to their proper location after each event. Work with the Banquet Lead to ensure quality and accuracy of setups within all catering rooms. Be of legal age and TIPS trained to serve alcoholic beverages. Accurately count cash and efficiently process transactions using company systems. Protect establishment and patrons by following sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
