Under direction, plans, supervises and reviews the work of staff engaged in developing and maintaining the Agency records management and information governance programs; administers records retention schedules; ensures compliance with all applicable public records laws and regulations; manages and oversees the archiving and physical storage of vital records and imaging processes to convert files and documents into digital format; provides professional advice to Agency managers and staff on records management issues; and performs related duties as assigned. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:A Records Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff engaged in maintaining the accuracy, storage, distribution, destruction and archival of routine and confidential Agency records. Incumbents exercise sound independent judgment in supervising, monitoring and training staff within the framework of established policies, procedures and guidelines.

Supervises and participates in the capture, acceptance, indexing, classification, archival, maintenance, storage, preservation and retrieval of records, including contract documents, engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, photographs, videos and other records in a variety of media; oversees processes to ensure the quality and integrity of stored records; evaluates opportunities to improve the efficiency of records management processes through automation and centralization of records.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in library and information science, business or public administration, information management or a closely related field, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in records management; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience in a public agency is preferred.

At DiBara Masonry, we are proud to be a fourth-generation company. Michael Larusso and Matteo DiBara emigrated to the United States from Italy in the early 1900s, leveraging the one skill they had to support themselves: masonry. Each of them built his new home from brick and stone, with the help of the neighboring community and from the ground up.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervise and lead a team of masons and laborers on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers to plan daily tasks, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.
Provide hands-on assistance with masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, or stones, mixing mortar, and cutting materials as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of work progress, ensuring adherence to blueprints, specifications, and safety protocols.
Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance on proper masonry techniques, tools, and equipment usage.
Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment, requisitioning supplies as needed to support ongoing projects.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other trades on-site to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Enforce safety regulations and procedures on the job site, addressing any safety concerns or hazards promptly.
Maintain accurate records of labor hours, equipment usage, and project expenses for reporting purposes.
Assist in estimating project costs and preparing bids for new construction projects as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training in masonry or construction management preferred.
5-10 years of experience as a Mason, setting blocks, and working with various materials and with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools, including bricklaying, block laying, and stone masonry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
Proficiency in operating masonry tools and equipment, including saws, drills, trowels, and levels.
Desire for growth and ability to manage jobs from start to finish.
Strong customer service skills for client interactions, walkarounds, and punch-lists
Valid driver's license and ability to operate machinery
Demonstrated commitment to safety, with knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Able to set 100-125+ blocks per day as a minimum and proficient in tiles, brick, stucco, stone, and concrete.
Physically capable of passing site assessments and performing tasks like mixing and setting blocks
